Well here we are! On the 2022 Summer Home Tour hosted by Marty from A Stroll thru Life. Her style is so classic and beautiful and even though I haven’t met her I have a feeling she is the same way in person!

In the summer I love to declutter from winter’s coziness, hang sheets on the line to dry in the sun, switch out the dark bedding for a lighter versions, and bring in some clean scented candles…anything sea salt is my go to!
Here’s a short tour of Lost Cay Cottage… our little home at the beach!
These gorgeous hydrangeas are the first to bloom in our yard, I just love them!

New dining room chairs from Restoration Hardware, they’re white, they’re beautiful…they’re usually covered with towels…lol…if you know our dog Beau you know why…he makes his bed on any chair possible!
Nothing says summer like lemons! I found a Creamy Vegan Greek Lemon Rice Soup (Avgolemono) recipe the I can not wait to make from FoodByMaria…I’ll let you know how it turns out!
Our primary bedroom is where I also decorate for warmer weather, lightening up the bedding and adding a little love note to my favorite season 🙂
